Sherpa Kitchen is a Nepalese restaurant in Esher. All dishes on the menu are preparedby Master Chef Bire Rana Gurung, with no short cut methods. The common factor of the Nepali food is the fresh herbs and spices, many of which are unique to Nepali cooking and are prepared in the Khal (stone mortar). The menu includes dishes such as, Monkfish in Chilli Garlic Sauce, Marinated Pork Fillet and Salmon and Khasi Tang.
